I met with a friend at the Maurice Gibb park marina to photograph a sunset. Last two nights, the skies lit up with gorgeous colors and we were hoping to capture pretty reflections in the water. To our disappointment the sky was grey with a distant storm and the water looked almost black.
We waited around till it got dark enough for the street lights to be turned on, got out the tripods, and had fun photographing the lights. Small aperture (f/18, f/22) allowed for long shutter speeds to capture the car light trails and created the starburst effect.
